I didn’t think the economy is so bad that even buffalo wings would be impacted.  Wing suppliers better step up cause the Super Bowl will be here in under two weeks.

Eating buffalo chicken wings is a messy ordeal, but it’s worth it.  My recipe isn’t anything out of the ordinary, in fact, it’s pretty easy and basic.

Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients

1 Package of chicken wingettes (10-12 pcs)
Salt
Pepper
3 Tsp of butter
5 Tsp of hot sauce (I use Frank’s Hot Sauce)
Non-stick cooking spray
Bleu cheese dressing (optional)
Celery (optional)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.  Line a metal baking p  an w/ foil and coat with cooking spray.  Sprinkle a couple dashes of salt and pepper onto the chicken and coat evenly.  Transfer the chicken …

I just added another chicken wing recipe to my arsenal not too long ago. Aside from my Tamari Tabasco Chicken Wings, I have my Baked Lemon Thyme Chicken Wings to count on. It’s very easy to prepare, and if you love thyme, give it a try.
Lemon Thyme Chicken Wings
Ingredients

12 chicken wingettes or 6 chicken wings
2 tsp of ground coriander seed
2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of dried thyme
a handful of fresh thyme
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
juice from 1 lemon
cooking spray
olive oil

Ingredients:
10 whole chicken wings
1/2 cup of tamari soy sauce
1/4 cup of canola oil
1/2 cup of light brown sugar
1 tablespoon of Tabasco Sauce
5 garlic cloves
1 shallot
1 medium-sized red onion
2 teaspoons of ginger juice
1 tablespoon of black pepper
Combine the soy sauce, canola oil, and Tabasco Sauce in a bowl and mix well. Add the brown sugar and mix until it is dissolved. Take a taste to see if it is too salty, if so, add more brown sugar to balance out the flavor. Finely chop up the onion and …
