Today marks the last phase of the New York City Trans Fat ban. With the ban in full effect, it extends to baked goods, frozen foods, cannolis, and doughnuts. Don’t worry, you can still have your artery-clogging goodness through the substitution of saturated fats. I don’t know about you, but I could go for a stick of butter right now.

Who would have thought that you could get brownies that are not only Fat Free but all natural? Certainly not this blogger here!
Wonderfully gooey and rich – you never would have guessed these deliciously satisfying brownies were of the fat free variety. What’s more is that you can make them by the pan full in the oven or by single serving size in the microwave! Channel your inner chef and get creative – mix in walnuts, use as a cheesecake crust or even reinvent as a molten chocolate cake. Yum!

Yum!

To make the No Pudge brownies, you simply add non-fat vanilla yogurt (I used 0% Fage Greek Yogurt, adding also vanilla extract) to the mix and stir thoroughly. Even as a single serve from the microwave, my brownie came out chewy and chocolatey. If you want to indulge in brownies and must look to a mix, then I definitely recommend giving No Pudge a try!
