We all know that Mcdonald’s stops serving breakfast at 10:30am. But what if you are craving a sausage and egg mcmuffin and don’t know what time it is? Rather than ask stranger or look like a fool for ordering breakfast during the lunch hours, you can rely on the ginormous mechanical egg in Chicago. A small study suggests that by eating a big breakfast full of carbs and protein (good carbs and protein I assume), and is followed by a low carb, low calorie lunch and dinner for the rest of the day, one can lose weight and keep it off. Apparently, the big breakfast helps control appetite and ward off cravings for sweets and starches.

I think buying breakfast is the biggest rip-off ever. I wake up at 6:00am in the morning for work and I’m out the door by 6:45am. From taking a shower to dragging my lazy bum around the house until I get dressed, I don’t have time to eat breakfast at home.
