It’s time for some useless information for your brain.  Last week, I came across a video on a rare blue lobster discovery in Toronto, Canada.  It so happens that around one in every two million lobsters are blue.  The blue color is caused by a genetic defect that makes the lobster produce an overabundance of protein.  When the protein combines with the red carotenoid molecule, astaxanthin, another complex is formed and gives the lobster its blue coloring.  Not only can lobsters turn blue, but also yellow (1 in 30 million), and …
