Be warned, a bite out of one of these sesame seed buns will send you on an express trip to meet the grim reaper.  What you’re looking at is some sort of  toxic yellow …

On Saturday, I went to my friend’s place for a dinner party.  The food was excellent and I definitely had my fill.  When the desserts and coffee was served towards the end, I noticed there was half and half, and fat free half and half.  Something then dawned on me.  How can half and half be fat free?  Am I thinking too much into this?

In order to be classified as half and half, the milk product has to contain 10.5% -12.5% butterfat.  When I read the ingredients on the fat …
