Own a piece of history from the maker of the “Sharpest Knife on the Market.”  Hmmm…an electric knife that has a flexible blade for filleting fish.  I don’t foresee any accidents with this product.  The included blades are double-serrated to assist in faster filleting.  The handle is designed to be lightweight, while conforms to the contour of the hand for ease-of-use handling.
