Many excuses people give for not eating healthy is that health-foods are expensive.  Well, if you think Wholefoods is the only place to get healthy food, then you’re wrong.  Most supermarkets carry a wide range of low-cost health foods that are easy on the wallet.  I found a great article listing the 20 healthiest foods for under $1.00.  Among those on the list are, oats, eggs, kale, spinach, and low-fat milk.  So, you really have no excuse now.  Check underneath the sofa cushions for some spare change and go buy yourself some oats.
