Skewered  Grilled Shrimp w/ Lime Tortilla Chips

Ten days back, I wrote I was in a prawny predicament.  Defeated in looking for a way to prepare and cook the water critters, I put them into the freezer.  Well, a simple idea dawned upon me this week and I tried it out.  I would grill the shrimp and freshwater prawns with olive oil, Adobo seasoning, pepper, and lime juice.  And you know what?  It was fantastic.

The ingredients are just that, olive oil, Adobo, pepper, and lime juice.  Brush the crustaceans with olive oil, sprinkle the pepper and Adobo so that it evenly covers the shrimp.  Cook on the grill until done, and then splash them all over with lime juice.  Might go well with a mojito.
