Yesterday was my last day at work. I’m sad to leave, but I’m excited to start my new job next week. My manager and the rest of the team took me out to lunch and I realized that it was the last time we would be sitting together and joking around the dining table. I always enjoyed the stories and the jokes. We went to the Komegashi Too Japanese restaurant that’s located five minutes away from the office in Jersey City, NJ. It’s known to be one of the finer Japanese restaurants in the North Jersey area.

I’m not sure what type of mussels these were, I think they were New Zealand Green Lip Mussels. Tasty.

Crispy. Crunchy. Tempura is the best.
