I preferred this festival over the International Food Festival that was held in the middle of May. There seemed to be more variety and better entertainment over a much smaller stretch. Enough talking, on to the pics!

…and it begins!

Empty stomach, check. Tickets, check.

I’m greeted by smoke and aroma of grilled chicken .

Looked like pork shoulder (aka pork butt) to me, but I’m not too sure.

Saucing up the pulled pork.

My first taste of the day, porchetta. So fatty, so delicious.

Buffalo Alligator. Tastes just like chicken. Seriously, if there was chicken in mix, I wouldn’t have been able to tell the meats apart.

Kobe Beef Quesadillas.

Seafood Paella. This is a sit down meal, not a walk in the middle of the crowded street meal.

Almost out of tickets and out of stomach room. Just enough for dessert.

The two last tickets well spent on Bread Pudding w/ Creme Anglaise.
