You know you’re a foodie when you dream about food. A couple of nights ago, I was dreaming about buying a stick of butter at the supermarket. Yes, butter qualifies as food. After I woke up, the thought of mixing Tabasco sauce and butter occurred to me. So later that night, I made my Togarashi Chicken Tenders and coated them with a mixture of butter and Tabasco sauce. I guess I came up with my own version of Buffalo chicken. Can you say Buffalo Togarashi Chicken Tenders three times fast?
