When it comes to ingredient measurements, I’m not a stickler for the exact amount. I tend to estimate the amount of ingredients I put into my food by eye. If you have to be obsessively perfect with your measurements, then this is the item for you. The LCD display on the handle shows the exact weight down to 0.005 ounces and can be converted to grams as well. The spoon is made of black ABS plastic and the handle is constructed of strong 18/10 stainless steel.  Recommended for kitchen use only.
