I’ve taken a liking to the curry products by S&B.

When I was growing up, I ate a lot of braised beef w/ curry over white rice. It’s such a simple dish, but it’s the simplicity of the ingredients and the great flavor that makes it so enjoyable. Today, when I make a curry dish, I use chicken breast meat, onions, carrots, sweet potatoes, and tofu. I also substitute the white rice with brown rice.

I also like making curry because there’s always a lot left over, and it always tastes better the next day.
