This post is a month past due. That’s because I just got the pictures over the weekend. On President’s Day Weekend, I went up to Vermont for some snowboarding action at Mt. Snow. The snowboarding was great, but the people I hung out with were even better. And do you know what was even better than that? Half of the people I met there were foodies just like me! I think there were a total of 23 of us in the house and everybody lent a hand in the kitchen. The kitchen was simply amazing. The stove had six gas burners and all the kitchen appliances were from the GE Stainless Steel Monogram series. Very sexy indeed. There was also a brick oven, but we didn’t have enough time to prep it up. Thanks to Eric Yang for being the unofficial photographer that weekend. The pictures came out great.

The kitchen. I dream of a kitchen like this.

I was tempted to pour Guiness into the split pea soup. Why do I look like I’m about to stab someone?
