I had friends over on Saturday to celebrate my 27th birthday party. Lots of good people, lots of food, and lots of wine. You can’t ask for more than that. It was my first time preparing and cooking food for fifteen people. My friend Boon came over to help out and I could not have accomplished it without him. My biggest worry of planning out the menu was whether or not the menu I decided upon would be the right type of food to serve my friends, after all, I didn’t know much about their taste in food.
