No, this isn’t my kitchen…but a boy can dream, can’t he?

Im always cooking before I start cooking. I’m having friends over for my 27th birthday, and I’m cooking. I live in a single one bedroom apartment and while the kitchen has plenty of space, the cooking and prep area does not. Fellow friend and blogger Booner will be coming over to help out, and while I thought of adding a third person to help out, there’s the old adage that “too many cooks spoil the broth.” Or if you’re an economist, it’s the good old law of diminishing returns. I’ve been thinking about cooking logistics for the past few days on what I can prepare and marinate in advance, and how I should coordinate the cooking amongst the stove, oven, and grill. I have to cook for 15 people and I have six dishes planned out. A couple of dishes are quick and easy, but the rest take time a patience to create. I better start my preparations tonight!
