This past weekend, I was snowboarding in Vermont. On Sunday, I decided to snowboard all day and skipped out on lunch. While we were heading back to the lodge, I was in the car and I asked my friends if they had any healthy snacks. One of my friends handed me a SOYJOY bar. It wasn’t my first time eating one of these bars, but it was my first time eating the Mango Coconut flavored bar. It was very tasty, and it filled me up enough for the ten minute ride home. I only wished they came in a bigger size.
The bars are made with all natural ingredients such as whole soy and real dried food. In addition, each bar packs 4 grams of protein and hovers around 140 calories per serving.
