Caryl Jones is suing McDonald’s because the iced tea she ordered last September wasn’t iced tea.  When she took a sip, the liquid burned her mouth, causing her to spit it out.  She ended up in the emergency room and it look her a couple of months to recover from chemical pharyngitis and tonsillitis.

The contents of the cup contained Dichloro-s-Triazinetrione Dihydrate, aka “McD Sanitizer.”  Jone is seeking $100.000 from negligence and breach of contract.
