Outside - massage into scalp to reduce dryness, use on hands to reduce dry skin
Mayonnaise

Outside - dumb a couple of cups in bathtub
Cucumbers
Inside - mostly water, hight vitamin C
Outside - helps with puffy and inflamed eyes
Oranges and Grapefruits
Inside - vitamins and minerals
Outside - acid in fruit help reduce body odor
Oatmeal and Honey
Inside - oatmeal helps lower cholesterol
Inside - honey - helps soothe a sore throat
Outside - when mixed together, gets rid of rough skin cells, apply to clean skin, massage gently, rinse
