I love Alton Brown’s ‘Good Eats’on Food Network. His show is broadcasted in high definition as well. So if you have Food Network HD, definitely check it out. It’s a show that I always enjoy watching, even if I watch the same show a second time around. Alton endorses the Shun chef knives on his show, so I went to the Food Network website to see what type of Shun knives he uses. The Shun knives displayed on the Food Network store has his face printed on the knife blade. Creepy. While I was browsing the website, I noticed he has an ultimate DVD collection out. The collection is made up of his two 27-packs that spans 18 volumes, “A Tale of Two Roasts,” and bonus footage. Alton can be all yours for $471.90.
