I schedule my workouts during lunch hour as morning workouts and evening workouts are out of the question with my busy schedule. Besides, mid-day workouts provide me a nice break in the middle of the day. The one thing that I always wonder is whether if my breakfast of oatmeal, cereal, and an orange gives me enough fuel for my workouts. Another thng is that my post-workout lunches are often large portions and I start to succomb to food coma an hour later. The correct approach is to figure out the synchronization of the timing and food selection with the activity for the most effective and efficient energy throughput.
